Cancellation policy for rooms:

Cancellation request 30 to 14 days prior to arrival a 50% from the total stay Booked on B.B basis will be charged as cancellation fees on top of non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation request 14 to 07 days prior to arrival a 75% from the total stay Booked on B.B basis will be charged as cancellation fees on top of nonrefundable deposit.
Cancellation request 07 to 0 days prior to arrival a 100% from the total stay Booked on B.B basis will be charged as cancellation fees on top of non-refundable deposit.

Check-In & Check-Out Rules:

Check in time is 2:00 PM & check out time is 12:00 NOON.
Early arrival before 06.00 AM will be subject to availability & will be charged as one night.
Early arrival between 06:00 AM to 10:00 AM will be subject to availability & charged at 50% off Contracted/confirmed rate.
Early arrival after 10:00 AM will not be charged but prior arrangements with the reservation department to be made in accordance to the availability & the occupancy level.
Late check out between 02:00 PM & 06:00 PM, will be charged 50% of one night.
Late check out after 06:00 PM, will be charged one night at rate.
No show policy : No show and same arrival day cancellation will be charged 100% for the full stay.
